LUNCH: Tuesday- Sunday Noon- 16h00

DINNER: Monday- Sunday 18h00- 22h00 (last orders)

GABY LAGOS seats up to 40 guests during each service but we are only able to
accommodate so many guests within each half hour period in order to ensure that
you receive the best level of service from us. We therefore suggest that once you
have secured a reservation for a particular time that you adhere to that time.
We strongly recommended that groups of 5 and more reserve a table in advance by

Your table reservation is yours for 2 hours and we respectfully ask that you are ready
to be seated at the time of your reservation. However, should you arrive more than
45 minutes after your reservation time without forewarning us, you may lose your
table to another group.
Should you arrive after your reservation time, we may need to hold you back to a
later time to ensure the best possible level of service to all guests.
Please notify us of any specific dietary requirements prior to your visit to ensure that
we can cater for you appropriately. If you have not informed us at the point of
booking, please discuss your requirements with a member of our team upon arrival.
Tables are allocated on the day by the restaurant team and although we will do
everything within our means to allocate a table in your preferred area of the
restaurant, we cannot always guarantee this.
PAYMENT INFORMATION.
1. The booking fee for a party of 10 and above must be paid in full at least 48 hours
in advance.
5. We prefer to remain cashless but will accept cash if required. All other standard
methods of payments are accepted, including Debit cards, Credit cards, International
cards, and Bank transfers to Zenith Bank : 1214522902 Voltaire Lifestyle Services

CANCELLATION POLICY

The restaurant’s continued viability relies on reservations being honoured by our
guests, and adequate advance notice of any changes or cancellations. Accordingly,
the following applies:

1. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 40% of the booking fee for any
booking that is cancelled, and a deduction fee of 20% of reservation fee if number of
guests are drastically reduced 24 hours before reservation date.

2. Please notify us of any cancellation or any changes to the number of guests under
your booking at least 24 hours prior to your reservation date.

3. The cancellation fee reflects costs incurred by Gaby Lagos in preparation of your
reservation plus lost revenue resulting from turning away other potential bookings.

4. We will notify you if any cancellation fee is applied.

5. There will be no refund of booking fees where there is a “no show” without the
applicable notice.
